Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
3 eggplants 1 tablespoon olive oil1.5 tbsp ketchup
1/2 teaspoon of granule consomme
1/3 teaspoon cumin

How to make eggplant ethnic stir fry
Cut off the eggplant calyx and cut it into small pieces. Mix with olive oil in a frying pan.Heat over medium heat and fry until the surface is colored.
When it is colored, reduce the heat to low, bring the eggplant to the edge, put ketchup, granule consomme, and cumin in the empty space and mix.
