Chicken thigh boiled in yogurt curry What is the taste?
The juicy and tender chicken is entwined with a refreshing spicy yogurt curry sauce and it's really delicious! Since various seasonings such as garlic and soy sauce are added to the sauce little by little, the taste has a complex depth and richness. There is also a slight acidity, and it seems that some ethnic taste that is a bit different from curry rice will be addictive. The yogurt is relatively mildly seasoned, so if you want to add spiciness, you can add chili powder or chili peppers and simmer. I think it's fun to try various spices and seasonings at home and pursue your favorite seasoning!
