Nenrinke will start selling "Straight Baum Chocolat & Cocoa" on November 1 (Tuesday). This winter-only baumkuchen is a must-have for chocolate lovers.

"Straight Balm Chocolat & Cocoa" is a chocolate baumkuchen made by kneading cacao mass and cocoa, the source of chocolate, into the dough and delicately baking each layer. Chocolate is poured over the top of the baumkuchen to lock in the flavor of the chocolate, creating a dessert-like texture.

Delicious heated in a microwave oven!

Transfer the baumkuchen to a plate and warm it in the microwave for 40 seconds at 500W (35 seconds at 600W) per baumkuchen without covering it with plastic wrap, and the chocolate will melt and the baumkuchen will become soft and moist. You can enjoy the taste of freshly made baumkuchen as if it were a chocolate fondue.
