A real food review of the "Pumpkin Panque Mix" sold at KALDI Coffee Farm. A mixed powder that can be used to make panques with a slightly pumpkin flavor and a chewy texture.

Pumpkin panque mix

A pumpkin cake mix with cinnamon, an original product of KALDI. Simply mix with water or milk and bake in a frying pan to easily complete a pumpkin-flavored panque. It contains 200g (7.05oz) and the price is 264 yen (tax included).


It's a nice point to be able to make this product without eggs and milk. Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, mix it with water, and then bake it in the same way as a regular panque. When you mix it, don't stir it too much, and stop when it's no longer powdery.




The baked panque is slightly pumpkin-colored. There is a nice aroma of pumpkin and cinnamon while baking.



The texture is chewy! There is almost no sweetness, and the natural sweetness of pumpkin and wheat can be felt slightly. For those who want to eat it as sweets, it seems good to add sweetness with syrup or jam as appropriate. Combination with side dishes such as omelets and sausages is also OK. It is a panque mix that seems to be useful as a regular breakfast or a snack for the Halloween season!
