"Whole grain panque mix 200g (7.05oz)" is a panque mix that maximizes the original taste and flavor of wheat using carefully ground domestic whole grain flour and North American wheat. Two types of panques, thick finish and thin panque, can be easily made by simply changing the amount of "water" or "milk". The price is 258 yen (tax included).


For 100g (3.53oz) of this product, add 100ml (3.38us fl oz) of water or milk if you want to make it thicker, or 120ml (4.06us fl oz) if you want to make it thinner. Mix it quickly, leave it for a few minutes, and bake it in a frying pan like a normal panque. This time, I am cooking with 100 ml of water aiming for a thick finish. I'm happy that I can make it without milk or eggs.
