Cherry souffle pancake mix

I bought "Sakura Souffle Pancake Mix" at KALDI Coffee Farm. The price is 615 yen (tax included).

This is a product that allows you to make pancakes like souffle without having to separate the egg whites. An aluminum-free pancake mix that uses a leavening agent that does not contain alum (potassium aluminum sulfate). I actually made it to see if it really has a "souffle texture" just by mixing the ingredients and baking.

Tasting

Each baked pancake is about 1.5 to 2 cm thick. You can see from the appearance that it is more plump than the one made with ordinary mixed powder.

When stacked, it will be quite high

The mouthfeel that you care about is soft and a little chewy. It is not as fragile as the souffle that disappears quickly, but it is moist without any dryness.

Soft and soft

The flavor of cherry blossoms is fluffy every time you eat it. I feel a little saltiness in the elegant sweetness. Of course you can taste it as it is, but it is also recommended to top it with whipped cream or ice cream.
