New bread for August has appeared at the summit store's in-store bakery "Dan Brown". Four types of in-store baked bread, ideal for meals and snacks, are on sale for a limited time until August 31st. Also, "Amaguri Danish" will be renewed from August 21st.

Mochimochi de buttery bread

"Mochi Mochi de Butter-rich Marui Bread" is baked with butter wrapped in a slightly salty focaccia dough kneaded with rice flour and olive oil. Although it looks simple, it has a chewy texture when you eat it. We are particular about wrapping. The selling price is 213.84 yen (tax included, displayed to the second decimal place, the same applies below).

Sandwich with plenty of fruit (Shine Muscat)

"Fruit-rich sandwich (Shine Muscat)" is a dish that uses fresh Shine Muscat sold at the fruit and vegetable section of the summit store. Shine Muscat has a low acidity, a high sugar content, and a lot of fruit juice, so it is said that you can feel the scent of Muscat firmly even when combined with bread. It also features a contrast between the white of whipped cream and the green of Shine Muscat. The selling price is 429.84 yen.

Tacos Meat Dock

"Tacos Meat Dock" is a limited-time product that is baked with tacos meat, hot chili sauce, and cheese sauce and can only be eaten during this hot season. Taco rice ingredients are sandwiched between breads, making it easy to eat with one hand. The selling price is 194.40 yen.

Chocolate Quiney

"Chocolate Quiney" is a combination of chocolate-kneaded dough and chocolate Danish pastry with Belgian chocolate cream. Tailoring that the crunchy texture on the outside is addictive. Bitter chocolate is used to reduce the sweetness, making it easy to eat even in hot weather. The selling price is 129.60 yen.

Chestnut Danish

"Amaguri Danish" is a dish of marron bean paste wrapped in Danish pastry. It will be renewed and appear from August 21st. The dough has been devised to enhance the flavor of sweet chestnuts, and the amount of sweet chestnuts in marron bean paste has been increased so that the crushed feeling and taste of chestnuts can be felt firmly.
