The fourth domestic premium fruit relay is a plate that uses a whole "white peach" that is ready to eat in midsummer. We selected each peach from Yamanashi prefecture, which has the highest production of peaches in Japan, with a sensor, and purchased only really sweet peaches with a sugar content of 12 degrees or more.

The combination is as simple as possible so that you can enjoy the sweet and ripe white peaches as they are. The sweetness of the jelly made from Yamanashi white peach juice is hidden inside, and it is served with rich cream and homemade granita with a crispy texture. A miraculous pancake that uses only sweet and ripe white peaches selected by an optical sensor with a sugar content of 12 degrees or more.
