"Chicken Yakitori-style" recipe with chicken fillet seasoned with yakitori-style sweet and spicy sauce. The rich Japanese sweetness of oyster sauce and miso goes well with the umami of protein-based scissors.

Ingredients (for 2 people)
4 chicken breasts, a little salt, 2 tablespoons of potato starch1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons of sugar and mirin
1/2 teaspoon miso
1 teaspoon oyster sauce and garlic tube
How to make
Remove the streaks from the chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Soak in a little salt.Put the scissors and potato starch in a plastic bag, shake and sprinkle the scissors with the potato starch.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, mirin, miso, oyster sauce, and garlic tube in a container in advance.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and line up the scissors sprinkled with potato starch. When it is cooked, turn it over, cover it and cook it all the way through.
After baking on both sides, wipe off excess oil from the frying pan with kitchen paper.
