"7-ELEVEN Cafe Jelly" is a coffee jelly made into jelly and mousse using the same beans as 7-ELEVEN Cafe. Coffee mousse is layered on coffee jelly and whipped cream is served.

The main coffee jelly is prun. The richness and bitterness of coffee are the main characters, and the sweetness is modest and sharp.

The coffee mousse on it has a smooth mouthfeel and is mellow like a latte. You can enjoy the richness of milk and coffee in a well-balanced manner.

A parfait-like coffee jelly that can be eaten with each jelly or mousse, eaten together, or added with whipped cream to change the taste. It responds to the feeling of wanting to eat light but luxurious sweets.
