At 7-ELEVEN, a new sweets product " 7-ELEVEN Cafe Jelly" has been released. Coffee jelly made into jelly and mousse using the same beans as 7-ELEVEN Cafe.


A parfait-like coffee jelly whose taste can be changed by eating it with each jelly or mousse, eating it together, or adding whipped cream. It responds to the feeling of wanting to eat light but luxurious sweets.

・ Fluffy Tiramisu
I tried the cup dessert " Fluffy Tiramisu" from FamilyMart (Famima). You can enjoy the juicy taste of the sponge soaked in coffee syrup.


When you scoop it with a spoon, the texture is soft. When you chew, the mousse as well as the whipped cream is finished with a soft texture. The richness of the cheese is moderately felt, and you can enjoy it with the richness of cocoa powder.

・ Thick-grilled Tabekko Animal
I found a thick-grilled version of the animal-type biscuit "Tabekko Animal " at FamilyMart and tried it.


When I grab it, it has a crispy texture. The dough is lighter than the usual "Tabekko Animal" and is balanced with the sweetness of the coated chocolate that gradually melts. Not only is it thicker, but it can be regarded as a completely different confectionery that differs from the dough composition.
