2 frozen udon noodles, 2 fried tofu

(Udon soup)
Water 500ml (16.91us fl oz)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Mentsuyu (2 sheets concentrated) 1 tablespoon
2 teaspoons of sugar
Hon-Dashi 1 teaspoon

(Fried)
100 ml of water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sugar

Pour boiling water to drain the fried tofu and cut into triangles.
