Cakes from the "Hinamatsuri" will be available at Fujiya pastry shops nationwide. It will be available from late February to March 3rd.

The contents and selling prices of each are as follows. All notations include tax.

Reward Freger

The "Reward Freger" is 3,500 yen and has a diameter of 120 mm. It will be on sale from February 27th. Light type custard cream, berry sauce, and half-cut domestic strawberries are sandwiched between sponges, and strawberry cream is layered on the top and finished with berry glasage. In addition, domestic strawberries are used for decoration and gold powder is sprinkled on them.

Strawberry Dolce

"Strawberry Dolce" costs 680 yen and has a diameter of 70 mm. It will be on sale from February 26th. The vanilla mousse is decorated with chantery cream and domestic strawberries, making it a flower-inspired design. The gentle sweet vanilla mousse goes well with the sweet and sour strawberries.

Pink shortcake

"Hinamatsuri Pink Shortcake" costs 4,200 yen and is 140 x 140 mm in size. It will be on sale from February 27th. A dish with strawberries sandwiched between pink sponges. In the shape of a Hishi mochi for the Doll's Festival, Peko-chan and Poco-chan's sugar confectionery, golden sardines, bonbori candles, artificial peach flowers, and strawberries are displayed.

Assorted cake

"Hinamatsuri Assorted Cake" is 3,500 yen and has a diameter of 165 mm. It will be on sale from February 27th. In addition to the standard 2 strawberry shortcakes and 2 chocolate cakes, a set of 6 types and 8 pieces, including 1 each of peach milky cake, Mont Blanc cake, rare cheesecake, and Uji matcha cake. The chocolate attachment, which is shaped like the Hinamatsuri motif, is also displayed, and you can enjoy its cute appearance.

Petit selection

"Hinamatsuri Petit Selection (8 pieces)" is 2,500 yen. It will be sold on February 27th. An assortment of petit-sized tarts suitable for home parties. We are particular about the ingredients, taste, and appearance of each.

In addition to this, there are several Hinamatsuri menus available. Hinamatsuri sale items are also sold at some Fujiya restaurants. Please note that some stores may not be available or may be sold out.
