Lawson "Cloud Foam Cream Strawberry Short"

At each Lawson store, a new sweets product, "Uchi Cafe Specialty Unfoam Cream Strawberry Short," was released on December 15th. The price is 320 yen (tax included).

"Uchi Cafe Specialty Unfoam Cream Strawberry Shortcake" is a creamy and fluffy shortcake. The half-cut strawberry topping gives it a gorgeous look.

I tried to eat

What is different from ordinary shortcake is that the shape is not clear. Rather than applying cream to the sponge, it is a cream-based dessert that is more like hiding the sponge between the creams.

I don't know what the cream looks like, but I use two types. The outside has a rich taste with milk firmly in it, and the inside has a light and light aftertaste.
