From Fukushima, Miyagi, Yamagata, and Niigata prefectures, as a community-based initiative, a new product "Kitakata-style ramen" is based on the image of "Kitakata ramen" in the Kitakata district of Fukushima prefecture, one of the three major ramen in Japan. Will be released on December 8th. The price is 498 yen (tax included).

The soup of "Kitakata-style ramen" to be released this time is made by adding chicken extract and fish sauce to the base of pork bones to give it a light yet rich and delicious taste. The noodles are made from elastic, medium-thick curly noodles, which is a characteristic of Kitakata ramen that is associated with soup. The topping ingredients are a satisfying ramen with menma and green onions on top of four char siu pork.
