A ramen set with gold leaf and thoughts and wishes, "May it be a glittering New Year." The classic Kitakata ramen, soy sauce-flavored soup and homemade noodles, "Soy sauce ramen," comes with gold leaf, thick-sliced homemade char siu, and menma.

The chewy and slippery noodles are homemade noodles that have been carefully aged by adding "Tsugamine mountain stream water" that flows from Tsugamine, which is connected to "Iideyama", one of the 100 famous mountains in Japan. Taking advantage of the umami of chicken bones and pork bones, the clear golden soup that is light and rich is a taste that you can enjoy until the last drop without getting tired.


In addition, the gold leaf used is handmade by the long-established store "Sakuda", which has been manufacturing gold leaf for 100 years in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture. You can also enjoy the beautifully shining gold leaf.
