The key to shortening the cooking time is to cut the daikon into thin slices. The daikon will be tender without simmering for a long time.

How does it taste?

It is very tasty and has depth despite its simple seasoning! The soup is infused with flavor, and you can taste the moderate saltiness, richness of the fat, and elegant sweetness of the daikon radish. The garlic flavor, while mild, does a good job, and it is so good that you can't help but gasp.
