I tried FamilyMart's Japanese sweet "Anko Plenty of Dorayaki". As the name suggests, it is a dish that is packed with red bean paste like a "lump".


The selling price is 138 yen (tax included) and the calories are 242 kcal. The manufacturer is the familiar Imuraya. It comes in a russet-colored sober package, and the appearance on the shelves is not very eye-catching. At first glance, the diameter is small, and the atmosphere is not so good to eat.



However, when I take out the contents, I notice that the "thickness" is considerable. A large amount of bean paste is put in a lump like a rice cake.


The dorayaki skin is fluffy and moist, and has a good sweetness. Make it a little thin as a dough. Therefore, the size of the bean paste is more conscious.

When I grab it, the azuki bean scent is so rich that it spreads in my mouth. On the other hand, each grain is very soft and cooked, and it can be said that it is smooth. Of course, compared to the chewy texture, it has a tongue-and-groove texture, but it has a very gentle texture.


Drinks are perfect for any Japanese tea, such as green tea or hojicha. Café au lait and the like are surprisingly good, but the dorayaki skin and bean paste have a strong sweetness, so sugar-free ones are recommended.
