Reservations for the popular Christmas cakes start every year at each Cafe Comsa store. Reception until December 6th, delivery of products is from December 23rd to 27th.
Café Comsa's Christmas cakes are made one by one on the morning of the day of delivery, using fresh fruits cut by the pastry chef at the store that day. The 2020 cake is made with plenty of delicious strawberries from all over Japan.
"Fukuoka Prefecture Strawberry" Amaou "Cake" is a premium cake with Fukuoka Prefecture brand strawberry "Amaou" decorated with mascarpone mousse and fresh cream. The price is 15 cm 6,900 yen (Ginza store 7,200 yen), 23 cm 13,000 yen (Ginza store 14,000 yen). 12cm size is not available. All prices include tax (same below).
"Snow Strawberry" is a cake with a perfect balance of gentle sweetness and melting in the mouth, decorated with fromage blanc with strawberry cream. The price is 12 cm 3,600 yen (Ginza store 4,200 yen), 15 cm 5,900 yen (Ginza store 6,500 yen), 23 cm 10,800 yen (Ginza store 12,000 yen).
"Chocolate Berry" is a cute cake with sweet and sour strawberries and berries mixed with chocolate cream and decorated with bitter chocolate. The price is 12 cm 3,600 yen (Ginza store 4,200 yen), 15 cm 5,900 yen (Ginza store 6,500 yen), 23 cm 10,800 yen (Ginza store 12,000 yen). It will not be available at the Ikebukuro Seibu store.
