Stir-fried oyster soy sauce koji set meal

"Kaki no soy sauce fried koji set meal" is 890 yen. The crisply fried chestnuts from Hiroshima are entwined in a special koji sauce that is a combination of soy sauce koji and amazake. You can enjoy the deep taste of Jiuqu and the rich umami of oysters. There are usually 4 shavings, but an expanded version with 6 shavings is also available for 1,120 yen.

Oyster red miso stewed hot pot set meal

"Oyster red miso stewed hot pot set meal" is 980 yen. A special red miso soup made with Hatcho Miso that has a deep flavor, and is a pot in which oysters and vegetables are carefully simmered. You can enjoy it by adding the scent of the attached chopped yuzu.

Oyster soup stock Ankake udon

"Oyster soup ankake udon" is 690 yen. Ootoya's proud umami soup stock and shavings are simply combined. A gentle and relaxing warm udon noodle that you can enjoy the taste of oysters.

Hiroshima fried oyster set meal

"Hiroshima fried fried chicken set meal (4 pieces)" is 990 yen. The rich taste of the rocky shore is trapped in the crispy batter. You can enjoy it with handmade tartar sauce at the shop, which has anchovies added to the secret flavor. In addition, a set meal of 6 pieces is available from 1,220 yen, and a lunch box is available from 900 yen.
