This is a cup yakisoba that combines the refreshing spiciness and aroma of the green chili pepper "jalapeno", which is a standard ingredient in Mexican cuisine, with the mellow richness of white cheddar cheese. The rich cheese sauce goes well with the chewy medium-thick noodles that are unique to UFOs. Large-sized cabbage and char siu are combined as ingredients.
