With September 1st as "Kiwi Day", a collaboration cake between Shinjuku Takano, which handles high-quality fruits and sweets, and Zespri International Japan, which handles Kiwi from New Zealand, will appear. It will be sold for one day only on September 1st at the main branch of Shinjuku Takano.

The name of the cake is "Gateaux Zespri Kiwi" and the selling price is 550 yen (excluding tax). As a kiwi day-only collaboration cake, it is characterized by being made with two colors of kiwi fruit.

Sungold kiwi is sandwiched between sponge and whipped cream, custard and mango fluy sauce are layered, and cut kiwi is decorated like Zespri's character "Zespri Kiwi Brothers".


The bright green flesh is a landmark, and the balance of acidity and sweetness is good for about 1.5 balls, and the juicy sweetness is marked by the bale-shaped, bright yellow flesh with thin outer skin. About 1 ball of "Zespri Sun Gold Kiwi" is used for each.
