A new menu "Uji Matcha Rich Mousse Pancake" will be released on July 6th from the pancake specialty store "Happy Pancake". The price is 1,290 yen (excluding tax). The sale period is until August 5th.

"Uji Matcha Rich Mousse Pancake", which was sold to commemorate the opening of "Hong Kong K11 Musea Store" in August last year, is now available in Japan. Using plenty of high-quality matcha from Uji, Kyoto, it is finished in a rich mousse with a rich matcha fragrance. You can enjoy fluffy pancakes, rich mousse, and fragrant walnuts together.
