At all First Kitchen stores (excluding some stores), a burger sandwiched with chicken tatsuta, the second in the "First Classic Series", will be released on July 2nd.

The "First Classic Series" released in February 2020. A discerning hamburger that makes full use of the "Japanese flavor" of buns, patties, and sauces. A burger sandwiched with the popular "Chicken Tatsuta" has been added to the First Classic series.

■ Classic Chicken Tatsuta Burger ≪Grated Sudachi≫

A combination of grated daikon radish with a refreshing scent of sudachi from Tokushima prefecture and chicken tatsuta, which is the pride of First Kitchen, entwined with soy sauce with ginger and Japanese pepper. By entwining the sauce throughout, the flavor increases, and you can enjoy a taste that is a bit different from the usual chicken tatsuta. By adding seasonal perilla leaves, it looks like summer and is refreshing. The price is 470 yen (tax included, same below).

■ Classic Chicken Tatsuta Burger ≪Teriyaki Shichimi≫

The original teriyaki sauce with Hatcho miso added and chicken tatsuta are combined, and the accent is shichimi pepper with a spicy taste. The teriyaki sauce goes great with chicken tatsuta with garlic and ginger, as well as fluffy eggs baked in the shop! The price is 470 yen.
