I actually tried "Straight Balm Soft Bud" sold by the Ginza Nenrin family. I bought a YS size (17.5 x 17.5 x 5.5 cm) and the price is 1,000 yen (excluding tax).

One of the two major Baumkuchens that the Nenrin family is proud of, "Straight Balm Soft Bud". It is a luxurious dish that is baked juicy like castella using plenty of eggs. A gentle egg flavor suitable for the taste of Japan spreads.
