A store specializing in the popular Ministop product "soft serve" is now available! Its name is "MINISOF", which will open sequentially mainly in the three major metropolitan areas including Tokyo.

Ministop will celebrate its 40th anniversary in May. We will open a new store specializing in soft serve ice cream, a popular product sold at the counter. It seems that it will promote franchising with the aim of opening 100 stores as soon as possible.


The soft serve ice cream sold uses the same ingredients as Ministop, and expresses richness with Hokkaido milk and a smooth mouthfeel by a manufacturing method that kneads the amount of air. As a store specializing in soft serve ice cream, we also propose various ways to enjoy it, such as "eating soft" and "nomu soft".
