This was devised by Mayumi Aiso, the 16th coffee ambassador who won the Starbucks in-house competition "Coffee Ambassador Cup 2019" and won the "top of barista" among 40,000 people nationwide. Drink. "Double Shot Caramel Latte" is a bitter and gentle flavor with the rich flavor of freshly extracted espresso complemented by the rich sweetness and bittersweet caramel sauce. On the other hand, "Ice Mousse Caramel Latte" is finished with a dense "Mousse Foam" so that you can enjoy the fluffy mouthfeel as it is with ice cream.

Half of the foam milk is topped with "cascara sugar" made from dried coffee pulp extract and "espresso roast" that is finely ground. The coffee smells from the moment you bring the cup close to your mouth.


The recommended toppings for the "margin" in the other half of the foam milk are caramel sauce and chocolate sauce. The exquisite combination of the flavor of coffee and the subtle sweetness of milk creates a more luxurious taste.
