A cream puff using Uji matcha supervised by the long-established teahouse "Ito Kyuemon" in Uji, Kyoto. It is packed with matcha cream from Uji Matcha from "Ito Kyuemon" that gives you a deep bittersweet taste.

・ Uji Matcha and Sakura Japanese Parfait 332 yen


A Japanese-style parfait using Uji matcha, supervised by the long-established teahouse "Ito Kyuemon" in Uji, Kyoto. You can feel the flavor and deep taste of Uji matcha from "Ito Kyuemon". Matcha jelly, matcha mousse, and cherry cream are layered on top of each other, and matcha cream, shiratama, red bean paste, and salted cherry blossoms are arranged in a gorgeous style.

・ Spring three-color dumpling 170 yen


A three-color dumpling that combines cherry blossom dumplings, red bean paste, and grass dumplings that wrap the flavorful cherry blossoms. The bean paste and grass dumplings are made from Hokkaido azuki beans and are wrapped in an elegantly sweet and smooth textured bean paste.
