Frozen fruit is Thai mango "Mahachanok", which is characterized by its rich aroma and rich taste. Since the epidermis turns red at the stage of ripening, we select a variety called "Apple Mango" that has a high sugar content at the time of harvest, ripen it to bring out the sweetness and aroma, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and quickly freeze it. ..
