Kappa Sushi "Feast Mont Blanc"

At each Kappa Sushi store, three new dessert series "Feast Mont Blanc" will be on sale from February 5th. The price is 300 yen each (excluding tax).

At Kappa Sushi, "Domestic Waguri Mont Blanc" was sold in October 2019 and was well received. Following this, three colorful and seasonal Montblanc products will be released one after another for four months.

The first release on February 5th is "Fukuoka Prefecture Amaou Strawberry and Mascarpone Mont Blanc". The eye-catching bright pink Mont Blanc cream is made with the juice of Amaou strawberry from Fukuoka prefecture, and is finished with a sweet and light sweetness. Contains refreshing and milky Hokkaido mascarpone cream. An additional Amaou strawberry sauce is sandwiched between the two types of cream. Sale until March 15th.

The second is "First Picked Hoshinomura Matcha Mont Blanc" to be released on March 19th. Montblanc is made from "special matcha" from Hoshinomura, Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture, which is characterized by its fragrant and fragrant flavor. Chopped chestnuts are added to the whipped cream inside, and Hokkaido azuki beans are added to the toppings to create a "Japanese" taste. You can enjoy the refreshing bitterness and umami of the first picked matcha. Sale until May 10th.

The third is "Refreshing Chocolate Mint Mont Blanc" that will appear on May 13th. Chocolate mint cream is an original cream made by adding mint to custard cream and three types of cheese (cheddar, cream, mascarpone). The cream inside is whipped cream with a scent of vanilla and chocolate is added to give it a refreshing sweetness. The appearance of mint blue is also perfect for early summer. It will be on sale until May 31st.
