Haagen-Dazs Hana Mochi "Ginko Kinako Black Mitsu" and "Zunda"

From Haagen-Dazs "Hanamochi", "Ginsen Kinako Black Mitsu" and "Zunda" will be on sale for a limited time from September 17th. The estimated price is 319 yen each (tax included).

Introduced in 2015, "Hanamochi" is an ice cream dessert that weaves harmony between Haagen-Dazs' rich and smooth ice cream and soft mochi. You can enjoy the luxurious Japanese taste.

"Ginko Kinako Black Mitsu" has evolved even more deliciously by sticking to the type, blend, and roasting method of Kinako, which was popular in 2015 and 2017. Black honey sauce is mixed with charred kinako ice cream, which is made with deep roasted kinako to make it more fragrant. On top of that, soft mochi and yellow soybeans are blended with black soybeans and lightly roasted to top with kinako that brings out a rich taste and gorgeous aroma.

"Zunda" is an image of Tohoku's local sweets that are entwined with "Zunda bean paste", which is made by adding sugar, water, and salt to mashed edamame. Zunda ice cream made from strong-flavored tea beans is combined with a zunda sauce with a hidden taste of salt, giving it a soft mochi. The mochi is topped with zunda bean paste, which retains the original sweetness and graininess of edamame.
