Ko-Pen-chan is a baby penguin character popular on Twitter and LINE stamps. She praises and cheers up the ordinary daily activities of the penguins with "Congratulations! The collaboration café, which was held in 2017 along with an exhibition of original artwork, will make a return with a new look.
