A limited-time flavor that combines deep rich espresso ice cream with fragrant coffee sorbet. The taste of "authentic coffee" is reproduced by making the best use of the characteristics of each of the three types of beans with different degrees of roasting.


For espresso ice cream, "deep roasted" beans are espresso-extracted and used so that you can enjoy the aroma and deep richness of roasting. By adding brown sugar to the secret flavor, it seems that the richness is further enhanced.

On the other hand, coffee sorbet uses two types of beans, "light roasted" and "medium roasted". Coffee oil extracted from lightly roasted beans with a gorgeous scent and coffee extract of medium roasted beans with a good balance of bitterness and acidity are combined to make a sorbet. It features a gorgeous aroma like freshly brewed coffee and an elegant bitterness.
