Mos Burger "Tapioca Winter Melon Tea Milk" and "Tapioca Matcha Milk

Mos Burger finally launched two new "tapioca drinks" on July 18 (except at some stores)! They are "Tapioca Winter Melon Tea Milk" and "Tapioca Matcha Milk. Priced at 440 yen each (tax included).

These original drinks are made with black tapioca produced in Taiwan. They are finished with "winter melon tea," a traditional drink in Taiwan, and "matcha" produced in Shibushi City, Kagoshima Prefecture, respectively.

I tried "Tapioca Winter Melon Tea Milk," which is rarely found anywhere else!

Winter melon tea is made by melting "winter melon sugar," which is made by boiling down winter melon and sugar. This winter melon tea syrup is mixed with milk and black tapioca.

Delicious~! The sweetness of the wax gourd sugar, with its honey-like richness and caramel-like aroma, spreads in your mouth. The aroma that spreads in the mouth after swallowing is also gorgeous! This is a tapioca tea I have never had before. This is a tapioca tea that I have never had before.


The tapioca is rather small, but has a firm elasticity and chewy texture. It is easy to drink and eat as it does not easily get stuck in the straw. The amount of tapioca is also quite generous.
