"Sichuan-style mapo tofu set meal to eat with eggs" will be on sale from 10:00 on July 2nd at each Gyudon chain Matsuya store. "Sichuan Mapo Nabe Zen", which appeared as "Nabe Menu" last year (2018), has been renewed as "Set Meal Menu".

Authentic Sichuan-style mapo tofu made with plenty of coarsely ground pork, tofu, and eggplant, and using various seasonings such as Doubanjiang, Malajan, and Tianmian sauce. The deep umami and spiciness become addictive, and the rice seems to go on. If you like the mellow taste, top it with raw or soft-boiled eggs. If you like spicy taste, you can also make "Sichuan Mapo Tofu Set Meal" without eggs.

It comes with rice, miso soup, raw vegetables, and eggs to choose from, and the price is 650 yen (tax included, same below). 620 yen without eggs.

To commemorate the release, if you order the "Sichuan Mapo Tofu Set Meal with Eggs" or the "Sichuan Mapo Tofu Set Meal" without eggs, you will receive a free rice serving until 15:00 on July 16th.
