Korakuen "Cold Chinese noodles with soy sauce sauce

Korakuen had started serving chilled chuka, so I went to eat it. The cool and smooth noodles served in the air-conditioned restaurant are quite tasty.

Korakuen's chilled noodles have been available since mid-April. It may seem a little early, but I thought I would eat zaru soba in spring, so I ordered it right away. I chose the standard "chilled Chinese noodles with soy sauce drizzle. The price was 680 yen (tax included).

After a short wait, the dish arrived, and it was much more gorgeous than expected. The dish was not only cool and beautifully arranged in a transparent bowl, but also had a variety of colorful ingredients.

Shrimp!

Each one has a distinctly different texture and flavor, and eating them one after the other never gets boring. Moreover, they all go well with the slightly sweet and sour soy sauce sauce. The noodles, which are chilled, have a firm, firm texture and a pleasant thirst-quenching feeling.

Cool and slippery noodles, it's summer. No, it's still spring.

By the way, be careful with the mustard on the edge of the plate. The spiciness that goes up your nose is not to be underestimated. It is no exaggeration to say that if you dissolve a little of it and add it to the noodles, it turns into a completely different dish. Even if you like spicy food, it would be better to taste it carefully and a little at a time.

Risshatsu, or the first day of summer on the calendar, is still some time away (May 6, 2019), but even before that date, this dish can be enjoyed on a warm day.
