At each Nakau store, the evening set meal "Umami Karaage Nanban Set Meal" was released on April 4 (excluding some stores). The price is 730 yen (tax included).

A night-only (17:00 to 5:00 the next day) menu that is served with rice, miso soup, salad, and pickles, with nanban sauce added to the "umami karaage" developed exclusively for set meals.


Karaage is made by soaking chicken thighs in light soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and white pepper, and then manually dusting and battering them one by one. By fried twice in 100% soybean oil, the inside is soft and juicy, and the outside is crispy and light.

Eat-in only. Rice can be served for free.
