A new hot snack menu "Big Dog" was released on January 18th at each Ministop store. The price is 198 yen (tax included).
This is a product that takes about two years to arrange the popular "Korean hot dog" from Ministop in Korea for Japanese people. The voluminous and juicy Frankfurt is finished by manually wrapping the chewy dough using glutinous flour one by one.
To fit the Japanese taste
By adding bread crumbs at the end after steaming, the inside is chewy and the outside is crispy. Also, by adding a smoke process, it seems that it is finished with a rich taste. Comes with tomatoes and coarsely ground mustard.
