Tonkatsu specialty store "Tonkatsu Oribe Asakusa store" opened in Asakusa, Tokyo on December 19th.

This is a new format handled by Ten Corporation, which develops Tendon Tenya. Utilizing the "know-how to fry delicious ingredients" cultivated in Tenya, we offer tonkatsu set meals and take-out lunch boxes.

Pork uses chilled pork. By carefully dressing it and frying it at a low temperature, it is moist and soft, and the gravy is trapped and finished. The loin is made from "Mugi Urara Sangen pork", which has umami and sweetness, and the fillet is made from domestic brand pork "Akashiro Sanroku pork", which has outstanding softness.
