"Gibier Venison Burger (BBQ & Cheese Sauce)" will be on sale from January 31st at 138 limited stores in Lotteria. The single item price is 720 yen (tax included). At 5 stores in Oita prefecture and the Ginza Crystal Building store, pre-sale will begin on January 24th.

Since 2016, Lotteria has been selling "Ezo deer burger" using the meat of "Ezo deer" from Hokkaido, and it has been well received every time. This time, a new Jibie venison burger using venison from Kyushu, mainly in Oita and Kumamoto prefectures, will be introduced.


A patties that are fluffy baked with spices such as bread crumbs and nutmeg added to lean deer meat, which has higher protein and lower calories than beef and pork. Here, spicy BBQ sauce and cheese sauce with Gorgonzola cheese are combined, and grilled domestic sliced onions and lettuce are served and sandwiched in buns.
