Freshly baked cheese tart specialty store PABLO mini will open on November 15 inside S-PAL Sendai in Miyagi Prefecture.

The lineup includes cheese tarts carefully baked in the store, special smoothies with cream cheese, and coffee to go with the cheese tarts. Pavlomini, Pablo smoothies, and fresh cheese soft serve ice cream, available only in Sendai, will also be sold.

Sendai-exclusive "PABLO mini-Zundamochi

PABLO mini-Zunda Mochi, available only in Sendai, is a tart topped with a layer of gyuhi and a generous amount of zunda-an, mashed edamame (soybeans), in the center. The rich flavor of the edamame goes well with the deep richness of the cheese tart. The price is 300 yen (tax included).

Pablo Smoothie - Zunda

Pablo Smoothie - Zunda" is a sweet drink that uses Zunda in the jelly, smoothie, and cream. Zunda smoothie is poured over the crushed Zunda jelly, and cream cheese made fluffy by the espuma method and whipped cream with Zunda are combined. The price is 650 yen.

Fresh Cheese Soft Serve Ice Cream - Zunda

Fresh Cheese Soft Serve - Zunda" is a soft serve ice cream with cream cheese and coarsely ground edamame (soybeans) kneaded into the ice cream and served with zunda bean paste, a combination of edamame and white bean paste. The zunda bean paste is accented by the crunchy texture of the zunda beans. The price is 450 yen.
