This is a dessert that is "Mont Blanc but does not use chestnuts". Cake dough, mousse and cream are all finished with "sweet potato".
Sweet potatoes from Miyazaki prefecture, "Miyazaki Beni", are steamed and used. In addition, dice-cut sweet potatoes are trapped inside. Mont Blanc with sweet potatoes that seems to be autumn. How about with coffee or tea?
