At each Lotteria store, a new product "Thick Cheese Hamburger" for the fall of appetite will be on sale for a limited time from September 21st to the end of October (excluding some stores). The price is 450 yen (tax included).

We have newly developed a thick hamburger patty with a thickness of about 2.5 cm and a weight of about 90 g. The gravy is trapped by slowly heating it in a steam oven, and then baked in a store to make it plump and juicy. Red cheddar cheese and gouda cheese are topped on the patties.

The decisive factor for the taste is "onion demiglace", which is a combination of onions and demiglace sauce that is sautéed to enhance the sweetness. A hearty hamburger made by sandwiching sliced onions with the sauce and cheese in cheese buns with parmesan cheese.
