The pancake specialty store "Happy Pancake" opens for the first time in Hokkaido. "A Happy Pancake Sapporo" will open at 11:00 on August 18th.

The signboard menu is the fluffy "Happy Pancake" (1,100 yen including tax). It is a pancake that can be slowly finished over 20 minutes by preparing the dough one by one without using baking powder and steaming it. The toppings of whipped butter are high-purity manuka honey imported directly from New Zealand and fermented butter made from raw milk from Hokkaido.


In addition to happy pancakes, the regular menu includes "tea milk pancakes with homemade granola" and "rich cheese mousse pancakes with berry sauce". In addition, "Domestic White Peach Rosehip Peach Pancake" will be on sale as a summer-only menu.

This is a seasonal pancake made from sweet and fresh domestic white peaches. Served with cool lavender jelly, rosehip sauce and crushed Earl Gray. The price is 1,480 yen (tax included).


The store is located on the 2nd floor of the 21st Big Building, 4-15-1 Minami 1 Jonishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido. Business hours are from 10:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 20:30 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
