"Matcha pudding cake sand" is a sandwich-shaped dessert using Uji matcha from Kyoto prefecture. Matcha pudding, matcha cream, and bean paste whipped cream are sandwiched in a matcha sponge. The price is 324 yen (tax included, same below).
