Silver grape "Hasander Lamb Raisin"

"Tokusen Yogashikan" on the 2nd floor of Domestic Terminal 1 at Haneda Airport. It is a perfect store for souvenirs, with a lineup of famous Western confectionery brands.

The other day, when I was doing a sweets patrol at Tokusen Yogashikan, I found a product that I was interested in with "Gin no Grape". It is a big cream butter sand "Hasander Lamb Raisin". The price is 1,080 yen (tax included).

This is butter cream studded with ram raisins sandwiched with cookie dough. It's a big size, bigger than a woman's hand.

There is a slight line in the cookie, so I thought it would be easier to eat if you cut it based on that. Not to mention the compatibility of crispy cookies with smooth cream. While producing a difference in texture, both have a light impression. When you put the cream on your tongue, the heat melts it softly and ephemeral.

Along the line

The taste is rich. The deep richness of butter wraps the aroma of cookies. For an adult taste with ram raisins in some places. The sweet and mellow scent that goes through your nose makes you happy.
