The pancake specialty store "Happy Pancake Umeda Hankyu Higashidori" will open on June 23 in Kita-ku, Osaka. A special menu to commemorate the opening of the store is now available.

The signature menu, "Happy Pancake," is made with additive-free ingredients that do not use baking powder, and is finished with a fluffy texture by a special baking method that takes more than 20 minutes. It is a dish to enjoy with whipped butter using manuka honey. The price is 1,100 yen (tax included, same below).


From June 23rd to June 30th, "Ibaraki Melon Pancake Lime Fragrance" will be available only at stores. The juicy flesh is marinated with honey and crispy with lime. You can enjoy the fresh scent and elegant taste. The price is 1,480 yen.


The store is located on the 1st floor, 4-7 Doyama-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka.
