Kubota Foods sells Monaka Ice Cream, which is a collaboration with Kochi's famous sweet "Mille Biscuits".


Crush millet biscuits, coat with chocolate and blend with vanilla ice cream. It is an ice cream sandwiched with soft monaka skin. The purchase price at a supermarket in Tokyo was 170 yen (excluding tax) per piece.
