The cream puff shop "Crocan Shoe Zaku Zaku" opens for the first time in the Kansai area. It will open in LUCUA Osaka LUCUA Food Hall on April 1st.

The signature product is a cream puff with a "crispy texture" that is made by stuffing Hokkaido milk cream into a dough sprinkled with almond crunch and croquembouche. The stick-type shape makes it easy to hold and is perfect for walking around, making it a popular product that sells about 2 million bottles a year. Prices start from 250 yen per piece (tax included, same below).


The store is an integrated workshop. You can see the scent of baking choux pastry and the filling of custard cream.

In addition to cream puffs, "Crispy Soft Milk", which is a thick soft serve ice cream sprinkled with croquembouche, and "Crispy Soft Chocolate Dip", which is a soft serve ice cream dipped in chocolate and topped with croquembouche, are also on sale. The price is 450 yen each.
