"Crispy White Chocolate" will be on sale from March 13th to April 30th at Croccan Shoe Zaku Zaku, a cream puff shop. Available at Harajuku store (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) and Tenjin underground shopping area store (Fukuoka city, Fukuoka prefecture). The price is 320 yen (tax included) per bottle.

The white chocolate flavor, which was sold as a limited edition product during White Day last year and was well received. A cream puff with a crunchy texture and stick shape, with plenty of almond crunch and croquembouche sprinkled on the dough. Topped with white chocolate, it has a gorgeous look.


White chocolate custard cream is a mixture of vanilla paste and white chocolate, which is made by adding fresh cream to a thick custard cream using Hokkaido milk. The aroma of vanilla and the sweetness of white chocolate create a rich taste.

White chocolate custard cream is carefully injected into the croquembouche dough that is baked in the studio-integrated store after receiving an order. You can enjoy the crunchy texture of the choux pastry and the mouthfeel of the thick cream at the same time.
